Confirm the exact machine being evaluated

Begin with the model name, maximum confirmed diameter class, axis architecture, spindle arrangement and tool configuration. Record which items are standard and which are optional. A similar exterior does not prove that two machines have the same internal arrangement or supplied equipment.

The evaluation record should identify the actual machine and configuration shown in every photo, video or test report.

Define what the factory test is meant to prove

A factory cutting test may demonstrate that the machine runs a particular operation under stated conditions. It does not automatically prove cycle time, long-term capability, finish or tolerance for a different drawing. Before the test, agree on the workpiece, material, operation sequence, tooling, measurement points and acceptance criteria.

If the test uses a factory sample instead of the buyer's part, record that limitation clearly.

Separate visual evidence from measurement evidence

Photos of assembly, control wiring, cutting and optical inspection are useful evidence of the activities observed. Measurement conclusions require readable results, a defined method and a connection to the tested part. The image itself should not be presented as proof of an unrecorded tolerance.

For the machines listed on this website, accuracy is stated uniformly as 0.01 mm. Any drawing-specific tolerance, process capability or acceptance result still requires technical confirmation.

Close the evaluation with an evidence list

A professional evaluation ends with confirmed facts, open questions and the next responsible action. This makes quotation and technical follow-up more reliable than a decision based only on a short cutting video.

  • Machine model and actual supplied configuration
  • Test drawing, material, tooling and operation sequence
  • Measurement method and readable inspection results
  • Standard equipment, optional equipment and exclusions
  • Items still requiring factory or application confirmation

Technical review boundary

This guide uses current catalogue data and supplied factory material. Drawing-specific suitability, tooling, cycle time, tolerance and final specifications require application review.
